The Language Proficiency Tests will be used to determine if an applicant knows both English and Spanish well enough to be able to start translator/ interpreter training.  If the level of either language is insufficient, then further language courses will be suggested prior to any further translator/interpreter studies. These are available at various colleges, universities or private institutions.
